“ My mom and I just dined here and absolutely loved it. Isaac, our server, was superb and we thought all of his suggestions were delicious. He informed us that everything the restaurant has on the menu is made in-house, even the dressings. Because it was our first time there, the front end manager came to welcome us personally. My trigger fish was soooo good. The music was also great. Really everything was great. We will definitely be back!! ”
“ Impeccable !!! I came to this location for lunch. I haven’t visited in a while. But I am so glad I did. It was my mom and me. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it wasn’t exactly to my liking. My server Odalis was prompt and efficient. She immediately told they would make it over. I declined. However, she brought John(the manager) over. He apologized and insisted that they make me a new meal. I obliged. And it was delicious. It was my first time having the chicken sandwich dish. But it was great! Okra was fried to perfection. And for the appetizer we had the duck egg rolls. Odalis was amazing with her wine recommendation. A natural sommelier ! Thank you both Odalis and John. Your customer service and concern for your patrons is truly admirable. I will definitely be back !!! ”
“ Marlow's Tavern is part of Doubletree Hotel. Recently, I was there to do some testing for my school. While there I ate their breakfast as well as their famous cookies. As a teacher, I am used to "evaluating" people and places. I guess I can't help myself. Because of the good service I had received there, I felt the need to give shout-outs to the staff there. Oftentimes, the servers or cooks do not often get mentioned in reviews. Because of the exemplary service I received while there, I want to give some shout-outs to Harvey, Netsuh, and Ray(Cook). Harvey and Netsuh were friendly, positive, and professional as the wait staff. They made sure I felt welcomed. The ladies kept the dining area clean and organized. They work great as a team. Ray, the amazing cook, made sure the food was fresh. It's obvious that he cares about the quality of the food the guests are consuming. He was so sweet and even poured me syrup for my pancakes even though it wasn't his job. These three individuals made my testing time there pleasant. Besides, these three individuals, the front desk attendants as well as all the staff were friendly. Kudos to them as well. As a guest, great customer service is one of the most important factors in determining if I would return to a place of business or not. Because of the staff there, I definitely would consider staying there. ”

Sergio and John made this a worthwhile introduction that warrants a return visit! Zoe is tending bar and made a delicious and sneakily strong rum punch!
